Home has a wrap around, large upper deck with ocean views and lower level deck. Central air conditioning, washer/dryer (located in bedroom closet), dishwasher, HD Flatscreen TV, cable and WiFi. There are two full baths; one downstairs with tub and one upstairs with a shower. Property provides both a charcoal and gas grill for summer outdoor cooking and new teak deck set.

Close to Kreme and Kone for your fried seafood and ice cream needs, Swan River Seafood Fish Market and Restaurant, the Sand Bar, and for your coffee needs, Dunkin Donuts!
