The breakfast was okay. The rooms on the other hand was dirty. Had to go out to Walmart and get some cleaning supplies because they didn't clean the room properly. Had a reclean the bathroom toilet seats had burns marks The bathroom door and main door of the room had scratch marks probably from a dog that scratched the s*** out of it. The bathtub was not clean had a burn mark on it too. The carpet was stained and had a burn mark on that too. The sink in the bathroom was dirty. The trash can was dirty inside and then they did not put a new trash bag and it when we put it outside so we had a dirty trash can without a bag. The microwave was dirty. The AC / heater was not cleaned out there were leaves inside and cobwebs inside.

We checked in on a Friday evening and stayed until the following Tuesday. The room was never cleaned once. They said it was because they don't have maid service on weekends. But we saw the maids working on Saturday. We specifically asked Monday morning for our linens to be changed and more Kleenex. When we got back that evening, someone had just dropped off new bed and bath linens plus a whole bunch of toilet paper, but they left us no more Kleenex and hadn't cleaned the room. It was gross. When we complained about that, they said that they cannot go into a guest's room when they weren't there. But they did that to drop off the linens and TP. When we checked out, they also tried to charge us about $40 more than the Hotels.com reservation. We brought that to their attention and they made up excuses that made no sense; we successfully disputed it with our credit card company. The room was meh. The breakfast was meh. The area had lots of businesses, which was good. But our stay was not the best.

When checking in, one of the staff members was wearing footie pajamas and eating at the front desk. The other was too busy playing on her phone to check me or acknowledge me. The lobby smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. It was a place to stay, but I’d never do it again.

Breakfast was mediocre at best. Not enough protein based food options. Corndog for breakfast?? Room was ok, but not super clean. I had to clean the shower before I even used it. Add insult to injury, having booked and paid in advance on Hotels.com, when we checked out the hotel advised us we owed more money because Hotels.com didn't charge enough?!?!?! Isn't there a pricing guarantee with Hotels.com? I guess not... We were not pleased

Reserved a king bed. Ended up with 2 doubles. Dirty towels behind door. Went to eat breakfast at 815, no coffee, only a couple sausage left. Went to make waffle and no mix left to make any. I guess they dont really want to serve breakfast. Lousy place. Room smelled like mold
