This home was designed to let in lots of light, and features all of the modern things such as an open floor plan, super insulated walls and ceilings, high efficiency furnace, + AC, High speed Cable Internet Wi-Fi, LED lighting throughout, 16 ft high cathedral ceilings on the main floor, white luxury mocha glazed under-lit cabinetry throughout, Frigidaire Gallery smudge-free full size stainless steel kitchen appliances, all of the comforts of home like Belgian waffle maker, Pancake griddle, coffee maker, full set of cookware, pans, utensils, 4 flat screen TV's, etc.

In addition to being fully accessible on the main floor once in the house. There are two steps up to the front door or door in the garage, and no steps anywhere on the main floor. All hallways & doorways are 3 ft wide, and the main floor master suite has step-in shower. There is main floor laundry, plenty of parking, and lots of space to entertain friends in the yard and on the deck, boardwalk, and obviously out on the big water.

There are extra safety measures taken for fire protection including 2 hour fire rated exterior and interior walls. The house is sanitized between guests, and features easy to clean upgrades like granite counter tops, CoreTec Plus waterproof luxury Vinyl Plank flooring system in all areas of the home except for the carpeted bedrooms and stairway. There is ceramic tile in the master shower and deep soaker tub with tile shower in the 2nd floor bath.

For your extra comfort, enjoy the energy efficient doors and windows, 4 ceiling fans, main floor laundry complete with front end loading washer and dryer (so no need to wait around in a laundromat), king size bed in the master suite, king size beds in 2 of the rooms upstairs, and a bunk bed room which sleeps 4 and a pull out mattress that makes sleeping for 5 just in that room! So up to 6 adults allowed and no more than 11 people total. There is a TV in the living room, the master bedroom, and each of the upstairs bedrooms that has a king size bed has a smart TV as well. There is no TV in the bunk bed room as the kids will have more fun feeding & catching and releasing the abundant fish and turtles, as well as feeding the sparrows, ducks, geese, swans, etc :-)

There is a large deck, a fire pit area, plenty of life vests for everyone, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, and of course this house is only 10 houses down from the open waters of Gun Lake so there is great fishing right off the brand new sea wall and boardwalk. We just added a stainless steel ladder to make it even easier to get in and out of kayaks. There are no waves here and it only takes a few minutes at no wake speed to get to the fast water. Boat rental facilities, a great grocery store, sit down restaurants, a gas station, a McDonald's, a public beach with playground and boat ramp are all within 2 miles!

For winter guests the ice is great for skating and ice fishing, just make sure it is solid and take all necessary precautions like wearing a provided life vest over your coat just to ensure safety. If you are planning to enjoy downhill skiing at one of the nearby ski resorts, just know that by car Bittersweet Resort is only 22 miles or 28 minutes away, and Timber Ridge is only 26 miles or 34 minutes away. As long as the nights are below freezing these resorts make their own snow and usually are open and everyone has a great time.
