The hot tub was bath water temp and maintenance guy claimed he couldn't make it hotter and hardly any jets and what ones they had didn't work well hot tub is suppose to be hot!!!!

I reserved a suite. It clearly stated that my card would be charged upon my arrival on the premises. Before my stay, I received a warning from my credit card stating that someone was trying to charge my card and it was for more than the room. I had to shut down my card. When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that the manager tried to run my card and when it wouldn’t work, the suite was given to someone else. This is not acceptable. A manager, of all people, should not be doing this. I am very angry about it and now have to wait for a new credit card
