Beautiful hotel! Rooms were clean. Beds were very comfy and pillows amazing. Food at The Kitchen was tasty. There are great restaurants within walking distance, too. The Skywalk from the hotel was convenient for getting to Van Andel and we were surprised how many things you could access from it. We will definitely be back to this hotel!

There was a loud suite next to our room. I asked to be moved which the hotel wouldn’t accommodate. They agreed to send security to the room after 11:00. The party continued. Didn’t get any sleep. Hotel room alarm clock went off at 5:45. Miserable!

Bed was very uncomfortable, bad mattress wear. Sides high, pillows too high. Loud hallway at 1am and very noisy neighbors. Definitely need to shuffle beds to not buy up to each other on opposite walls. Just like Grand Rapids in general, changing environment, changing clientele.

Did not like the parking. Next time I will valet. Couldn’t get back into the parking garage the way we came in-the door was locked on Easter Sunday. So we had to walk around and try to figure out how to get back to our car. Just a little inconvenient.

Our bed sheets were stained. The bathroom had a dark liquid splattered on the back of the door, walls and light switch. They did comp our parking for this issue. Still disappointed as I perceived this to be a high end hotel.

Walls were paper thin. We could hear noises from all the rooms around us deep into the early morning. We left at 2:00 AM because of the unacceptable noise.
