Dangerous

The walk in shower was poorly maintained. Continuous dripping of water. When used the entire bathroom floor was flooded making a hazardous situation. The staff were friendly and courteous. The facility was dated and a little shabby but clean.

In *desperate* need of a refresh

This hotel has been used A LOT, obviously. The highway noise is *INTENSE* so much so that ear plugs did not block it. My room smelled of cigarettes and mildew. There was an obvious water stain in the hallway near my room that leads me to believe there was a recent flood. The carpet inside the room was stained, the desk chair was missing, the chair and ottoman were filthy, and there was some odd substance (looked like fecal matter, but seemed to be mastic) in the bottom of the shower. I will not stay here again, nor will I recommend any colleagues stay here. There are much better options in the area.

This is a decent enough option for a short stay and wanting to be close to the airport. Rooms are good sized and pretty clean. Staff is very friendly and the restaurant in the hotel is solid as well.

I thought all Holiday Inn Express hotels had complimentary breakfast, but I guess not. They charge $12 for continental breakfast. The room was musty and there was black mold on the bathroom ceiling.

It was very run down and in a rough part of town. I usually think of Holiday Inn as having certain standards and fall back on the name when booking a hotel in an unfamiliar town. Lesson learned.

Find a different hotel

The hotel is old. The mattresses on the beds are so sunken in, our backs are aching now. Carpets are stained. We ate in the restaurant and each of us ordered a salad. Mine came out 8 minutes before my husbands. These were salads!!!
