We stayed for the weekend and mostly had a great experience. We took the Don not disturb sign down when we left in the morning, and our room was not cleaned and we had to get fresh towels ourselves in the evening. The front desk staff on the weekend seemed stressed. Everyone was very nice though.

They told me they were out of cream for coffee. Also rooftop bar, you stand in single line to order drinks. No wait staff. They were out of tonic water. They charged $200 for our service dog. The hotel is too expensive for what you get. Rooms are very small.
