This is a very nice hotel. Yes, it’s an older property. Yes, the location is a little sketchy after dark, but in reality that’s pretty much everywhere in downtown Birmingham. That said…it’s very well maintained and secure feeling.

This is our 3rd time to stay here over the past 3 years. Each time we have had the same wonderful experience! The decor is updated and the hotel is clean throughout! So thankful for a clean room! All employees were kind and helpful. The walk-in shower was very nice! The parking lot is nicely paved and very large. We were pulling a trailer behind our pickup and has plenty of room to park.

Outside and inside is well maintained. Lobby clean and well decorated. Breakfast area clean, tables were cleaned even the parking lot was clean. Our room was quiet, very clean, everything worked as it should, the TV was large with a fair amount of channels.

We arrived at 7:30 and our room was still not available. We were sent to a room that was unclean and not ready. The elevators were out of inspection date and didn’t work well. Breakfast was extremely limited. We were not allowed use the lobby restroom. The general facilities were very sloppy.

We were looking for a place to stay after driving all day. We had three rooms with family after they offered us the best price. The staff were very very friendly and when we entered our room we were pleasantly surprised at how clean and modern our room was. We had breakfast before checking out and it was very fresh and good. I would highly recommend staying here.
