There was a missing hair drier which we discovered in the morning and was too late to call in.
2. The breakfast was sub - standard in the folllowing ways: -
a. The fried egg was stone cold.
b. There was no bread available and had to ask for it. Bread came after a delay but it was brown. I had to wait longer for white.
c. The coffee was luke warm. We asked for a fresh pot and still got luke warm coffee.
d. The orange juice container was almost empty so I had to tip it into my glass. There was not enough to fill my glass.
I reported these issues before I checked out in the morning. The receptionist simply said I will report it to the team.
