The breakfast options were poor with eggs only offered on one of the three days, the location was out of the way, the train wasn’t operating on Boxing Day, and the beds were uncomfortable. This has definitely been the most disappointing hotel across our five week European holiday.

The breakfast felt a bit tired, the options were limited and the place was rammed. Check in service was excellent and great service in particular from jenny. Maid work was decent. Room allocated was an accessible room, and aircon was broken (albeit were advised in advance)

The hotel was really good. Everything was clean and organised, and the staff were polite. Parking is available, but you have to pay £25 per day. There’s a train station around 5 minutes walking, and in about 10 minutes you can reach Big Ben. Breakfast was very tasty as well. Overall, I was happy with my stay.
