staff got mad because we asked for 2 extra towels and said they didn’t have any available. had to bed for an extra blanket. also there were roaches in the rooms. i do not recommend staying here.

You get what you pay for. The toilet paper holders were missing. The shelf and hanger unit in the closet was hanging off the wall. Lamps with 2 light bulbs only had one. The mattress was lousy and on a metal frame with no box spring. The exterior window screen was on the ground outside. The plate for the door lock was missing. But it had a large flat screen. Atleast thats something.

The pics posted for this hotel is far from what the actual hotel looks like, the pool is nasty the rooms is nasty there's bugs roaches, mold in the bathrooms, no 1 pillow or bed no heat in the rooms flies in the rooms the place is disgusting in the lobby there's stains on the carpet that's very visible the bfast is only nasty bagels and that's it please do not go here u would be be disappointed

We reserved two rooms with two queen beds. When we arrived, they said they only had one room with one king bed and no sleeper sofa. The person at the front desk was extremely unhelpful. Had to find other lodging.

Landscaping outside was terrible, clothes rack in room was hanging off the wall, couch cushions were dirty and didn’t match, toilet water holding tank was about to fall off toilet, ac machine in room was extremely loud to the point where I couldn’t fall asleep so I had to shut it off. Tv remote wouldn’t work to adjust volume or shut off. So I had to unplug tv. Hair on the shower curtain and under the bed spread The condition of the room doesn’t doesn’t line up with the rate for the rooms. Highly disappointed in the condition of the entire place.

I can’t believe I’m receiving this request. Your hotel canceled our reservation with only an ambiguous email sent two days before. It only stated that the hotel was overbooked but never that the reservation was canceled. In addition, the evening front desk was rude and provided zero assistance when we arrived expecting a room.
