Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, was excellent value for the price we paid. Big unit that had a nice private landed property/bungalow feel, two bathrooms, TV in each room and fully equipped kitchen (even with a rice cooker!). Great cooling system, always had a comfortable temperature. Glad we had onsite parking without extra cost, and was a convenient distance from Waikoloa plaza which had great food options even late at night. Provided ample towels and even though there’s no daily cleaning service, it wasn’t necessary and it was a very comfortable stay overall. I wish we had time to stay longer and try the pool! Quiet and peaceful surroundings.

Would love to visit again. Quiet, clean, great views at sunset, if you are looking to relax and get away from chaos this is the place. If you stay in the first floor do be aware that if you have loud upstair neighbors you will hear everything. We were made aware of this at reception chose the first floor because stairs were not an option for personal reasons.

The pictures advertised are misleading. When we booked our trip, we requested for the two bedroom villa. One room had 2 twin beds, and another room had a king size bed. When we arrived at the property, the 2 bedroom only had 1 king size bed and 1 queen size bed.

This property was like another home because it had almost everything you need, such as dishwasher, in room laundry and dryer, etc. After water activities, the laundry machine comes handy. We also enjoyed the bbq grill which was maintained nice and clean. They dont clean your room during your stay, but bring things promptly upon request via text. I will choose this facility again if I visit the big island again.
