Hot tub was not working. Wi-Fi on the first night wasn’t working until someone came the next day to fix it. Guest bathroom was leaking at the base. General Manager gave me the worst customer service of my life. So rude, used profanity when speaking to me, always seems aggravated, and accused me of having a party in our room when we followed all strict rules the whole time. I felt racially stereotyped.

Kitchen had all the tools and the grill had propane. All the literature was easy to understand and posted in plain view. The rooms were clean, bathrooms were clean - it was a beautiful home away from home. Parking was easy and the staff were so friendly.

Clean, quiet, and easy check-in. The hours of the onsite office starts at 10am, and I did not receive a response to my request for a late check-out prior to the 11am checkout time. Otherwise, great stay.

Our room was a little outdated. But overl nice stay. Liked that there was a BBQ on the lanai. It was cheaper to eat at the place. Dislike is the pool area closed at 8pm. Redicoulous!!!

The town houses are big. Easily enough room for even a big family. The pool is great - especially for the little ones. And the food at the pool is excellent. Will be back!

We booked through Expedia and didn’t know anything about the property that wasn’t listed. It exceeded our expectations and we would definitely book again! The condo was well equipped, had nice furnishings, the pool with ocean view was amazing and overall such a safe high end area. Our whole group couldn’t say enough good things about our stay.

Sunsets were spectacular from the pool. This property is so quiet, low key, small town just like us. The staff were beyond welcoming and amazing! Getting in to the main check-in through the gait was challenging initially. Our unit did not have a BBQ, which we missed; though it looks like most other units have one.
