Waikoloa Beachfront Accommodation

This is a very beautiful property, built around the nature and with a logoon extending into the property. Plenty of amenities to enjoy, rent and view. The highlights were the marine life that you can view in the lagoon including dolphins, turtles, manta rays and fishes. The pool is large and is fun for families and kids. Also there is plenty of native Hawaiian, Pacific islander, Burmese, Than and Indian art pieces ardonened throughout the property. A few pieces that can be better. The AC in the room was not effective and several families had to ask the hotel staff for fans. The house keeping of the rooms were not clean always and you had to ask for decent cleaning of the rooms. The tram was functional only on part of the property and the boat canal was not working. Finally the food at KPC was super disappointing. Highly recommend skipping KPC in favor of better tasting and less expensive options elsewhere.

The resort is beautiful, but very spread out. The tram didn’t run often enough, so it was a lot of walking. I enjoy walking, so not a big deal for me, but it would be for someone who can’t. I walked over 5 miles the one day we stayed at the resort. The staff was great and the room fantastic.

The room was clean and really nice. Most staff were friendly and helpful. Next time, I will request not to be in a building next to the main road that is quite busy.
