Richard’s property was an ideal accommodation for our family of five. We enjoy a slow, leisurely pace when preparing meals, planning a hike, a visit to a beach or the Hali’i Kai pool and so many adventures that the Big Island provides. But we also love that we can recharge on the lanais with a breathtaking view of the ocean waves, palm trees in the breeze or another nap.Richard and Jackie were prompt with replies to questions. AMAZING!! Check in was easy. Place was super clean! Lots of beach stuff in garage. The best sunsets from Both the decks! Pool is beautiful. Loved the keypad on the door. Washer did not work for us- that was a bummer for how much you pay for the place. Owner said they are getting new washer and dryer in Feb. (Small issue with the pool- this is not on the owner. You Can’t bring your own drinks in the pool area- not even water. That was lame, just an fyi).

Great Condo on the Big Island

The condo was perfect for my family while we stayed on the Big Island. It was very clean, well maintained, and had a very nicely stocked kitchen. It had a very nice view of the ocean and was a 2 minute walk from the Ocean Club (fitness center, pool). The entire area was very safe and the grounds around the property were also kept immaculate. We definately would recommend this property to people with families.

Fishing and golf

Came in with a couple of buddies for fishing and golf. Host was great on answering questions quickly. Condo was very clean, and comfortable. We golfed in the resort. Fishing was out of the Honokohau Harbor, about 30 minutes away. Had a great time. Will stay here again, for sure!
