Our stay at Hali'i Kai at Waikoloa was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we booked our stay Allyson was terrific to work with. She gave great, up to date information and made for a wonderful experience. The unit was very clean, well stocked with kitchen items, and had a very nice welcome gift waiting for us. The location of the unit is across the road from the pickleball/tennis courts that we were able to get a few games in at. Looking out the back door is a nice patio where we enjoyed morning coffee right on the beautiful golf course and a bit of a view of the ocean. The unit was very quite and we were never bothered by outside noise. An easy, quick walk to the pool and resort restaurant, which we enjoyed on multiple occasions during our stay. The water was perfect and the drinks/food from the restaurant were wonderful. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay again in the future!

Great condo with ocean view

Very clean and well-stocked condo, including beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, and some golf gear. The unit is close to the golf course and wonderful view of the ocean in the distance, but when we went in February, we had to go to the Ocean Club to see sunsets over the water. You might have better luck seeing sunsets over the water from this unit in summer. We did not use the discount golf package, so if that is important to you ask for details before booking. The listed property amenities are accurate, but some photos should be updated: The unit has new flooring (not tile, but LVP), new kitchen and bathroom countertops (not granite, maybe quartz), some new furniture (such as a new sofa and dining room table), and no gas BBQ on the lanai, but an electric George Foreman grill in the kitchen. Overall, these are improvements (except perhaps the BBQ, but no BBQ/grill is listed in the amenities). The property manager, Allyson, had good communication and offered fun things to do on the island. This is our fifth time at Hali'i Kai and we plan to return again!

Beautiful property

Everything was wonderful about this condo and location. The condo was comfortable and well stocked with essentials. The pool was the perfect place to sit and watch whale activity off shore! The host was great to work with - she sent us lots of information so that we could prepare for our visit. Overall a fantastic vacation!

We had a fantastic stay in Hali'i Kai. The clubhouse with pool, fitness center, restaurant and bar was beautiful and very handy. We would definitely recommend to all friends and family.

Fantastic View

This was our 5th visit to Hali’i Kai and we’ve stayed in several units. 6C has everything you need and a fantastic view. Still walkable to the pool and across from the tennis & basketball court. It’s always hard to leave!

Wonderful Property

The condo was clean and well stocked with everything needed for a Hawaiian vacation. Plenty of beach gear, comfortable beds and furniture, and well stocked kitchen. The welcome basket was very generous and much appreciated after a long day of travel. We have stayed at several other condo complexes in the area, but were most impressed with the pool/hot tub/restaurant area associated with this particular condo complex. The pool overlooks the ocean and is really lovely. The restaurant served excellent food for Hawaii-reasonable prices. The condo is just a 6 or 7 minute walk from the pool complex. We really cannot stress enough how nice the pool/restaurant area was. The view of the ocean is just perfect from the lanai of the condo. Not right on the ocean, but that just helps out with the cost! As well, about a 15 minute walk to the Hilton property along an oceanside trail. We walked over for a couples massage one of the days, so convenient vs. driving and parking. Also, the Hilton has day passes available for purchase to use the Hilton pools and recreation facilities--great if kids are along. Finally, the host couldn't have been nicer or more prompt in responding to questions. Truly a 5 star stay!!

Beautiful location

Really nice landscaping, quiet with ocean and magnificent sunset views. The Ocean Club is well managed with a top notch, friendly crew. The food and drinks were exceptional. We’re island residents and would recommend this property for anyone. We had a purely delightful 10 day stay.
