I owned a hotel for many years. Outside was somewhat dated but it was surprisingly nice inside. Smelled good and looked clean. That's hard to do right there on the water. casino staff was nice and attentive. Dated, but that was expected. Front desk staff (Solana I think) was nice and enjoyable.

First room went to was dirty had to be moved to another room. Then there was banging down the hallways all night long didn't get any sleep.

It was way out of the way! We could not walk in front of building to look at river Poor service in kitchen at cafe! Workers coming out to cafe wearing gloves and touching lots of things: counter, door , pen, tables therefore contaminating the gloves and creating a serious food contamination problem. Finally water in rooms shut off at about 9:15 am without any warning! The staff knew there was a problem the day before as a staff member told me and yet no courtesy in waiting till an apprpriate time to fix the water when less people needed to shower or get ready in the morning! Just the poorest of service. The rooms were good and parking good too but i definitely would not return do to a serious lack of communication and poor safety practices used by cafe cooking / kichen staff
