Our room was pleasant, clean and comfy. On check-in we had only a very tiny bit of toilet tissue in one roll and no extra rolls. No bedding for pull-out sofa beds except for one bare pillow. We were registered as two adults and one child. Coffee maker missing slide out tray. No coffee packets in room. Left dirty towels outside door the morning after our first of two nights there because we noticed others had done likewise. Sorry towels were taken but we received no replacements and had to go down and get by those. Breakfast was not well stocked and there were crumbs and food particles all in the drawers holding the bowls, utensils, etc. food was ice cold except for the grits and fresh waffles. No microwave to heat up unless you took it back to the top. Staff at breakfast not welcoming and snapped at several guests.
