Dog spotted room #520

While traveling with a pet, we understand about rooms and how they use certain rooms always for guest with dogs, our room had 2 very noticeable pee stain's. 1 large was on the bed skirt other on dresser and carpet. Unfortunately we unpacked, settled in from a long drive. Advised and show pictures to front desk, they offered to move us but latehour and fact that we are leaving first light . We put our dog in travel kennel so he wouldn’t mark his spot. We would think the past dog messes would be noticed/ reported and clean prior to nextguest

Dirty room, bad customer service

Checked in late at night. Tv did not work and customer service refused to help. Room was dirty, no body wash in container, towels and linens very poor quality. Would not stay there again. That said, restaurant staff and valets were very kind and helpful but front desk staff unhelpful and display no concern or pride in their work. They were rude and hung up on the hotels.com staff who were trying to help.
