Booked 2 rooms for family. One room had to be changed due to mold/mildew odor. TV did not work in either room. When front desk was notified she said she didn’t know if any of the TV’s worked. “They are down right now”. Urine was on the back of the toilet. The floors were sticky and had crumbs. The walls have all been patched and terrible paint jobs. We stayed here because we had a pet, but I would definitely pay more for my pet to stay somewhere else.

This hotel appears nice and modern from the pictures online. However inside is very outdated, holes in walls, patched carpet and smells of pot in hallways. Our door didnt work correctly. We got new keys but still took about 5 min to get in room each time. And had to use shoulder and whole body to push door open, slightly off hinge, could see gap around frame. There was blood on shower curtain but that was quickly changed when brought to their attention. Just felt dirty while staying there.

The room was not good at all. It had mold in the bathroom. The bath tub faucet leaked hot water, thus creating moisture and mold.

Trash cans were full. Carpet has crumbs all over it. No towels in bath. We changed rooms. Early in the morning of check out the staff walked in. Opened the bath while my wife was bathing. I'm deaf and didn't hear the knock. Staff should have checked first to see if we had checked out before attempting to enter.

Great overnight stop!

The check in was quick and easy! Clean linens and a comfortable bed. Great shower head and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Great stop on the way back from a family trip!

The beds were not comfortable. The couch pullout bed was literally springs and a covering. The breakfast service was out of cereal and milk. The front desk staff were extremely rude, especially the manager. They double charged me, and when I asked why I was double charged the front desk clerk became absolutely hateful. They did refund the second charge, but when I didn’t understand the invoice the manager told us we were ruining her day.

Don’t trust the pictures

The pictures online did not match what I saw inside the hotel. The lobby area was nice but once you turn the corner you see the walls need to be painted or repaired. The hallways and my room smelled like mildew.
