The staff at the front desk and those in the restaurant really go above and beyond to help. Upon check in I had a few requests which were immediately heard and taken care of beyond my requests. At the restaurant our waitress was so thoughtful and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were unlucky been assigned a room which on the right hand of elevator. I could count how many loads there. Noisy kept on till late night. Especially I was sick need rest. My husband asked for change room but been told there was no vacant one. I made booking with other three families two months ago apparently I am the bad luck person. Maybe I should blame the design of the property.
