Beautiful property, and clean. The fridge and freezer work but not the greatest especially the freezer to freeze ice fully. We did rent the kayaks, under the belief the water was close with the photos but we did not see any water near the rv and never used them. The hot tub did not stay hot either, once we got in, it went to 91 degrees and would not get hotter, too cold to be a hot tub.
