Room was nice and clean- secured parking area for guests nice since there were some people outside in the back of the building that were a little questionable (not the properties fault). I was bummed that the hot tub jets were not working and there was no sign or warning- when I asked they said the hot tub works but not the bubbles.

It was a very comfortable bed. The door key cards kept unsyncing with the door, which is a large pain when you have to drag your suitcase down a lengthy corridor to the elevator and back to the desk to get it fixed.

I enjoy this hotel because of its location and great condition. What is a hit and miss is the desk personnel. On this trip checking in was delightful because the desk attendant greeted me promptly, was friendly. Checking out was different. No other customers were around and yet not even a “Good morning!” greeting. No friendly banter. Just instructions on where to drop the keys. Indifference like this was the worst part of my stay.

Room service not available Saturday morning...buffet only for breakfast (no complimentary breakfast ) Tried room service again Saturday night, phone message said closed. I called front desk and they got it under control. Availability of hotel place to eat was "hit and miss".
