Our room was dirty, I believe housekeeping quit mid shift. I believe they made an excuse to move us rooms versus cleaning the roll in shower room that we booked. FD rude and uncaring like too bad for you. There were multiple ppl with room issues!

The room wasn't clean when we got in, and the bedding hadn't been changed. After asking it be done and waiting a while, it still didn't get done. We were fairly exhausted, so we eventually gave up and just put the extra blanket on top of the bed and went to sleep. There were also no towels in the room, and we were unable to get anyone to bring them. My son was in a volleyball tournament and definitely needed a shower, so he just had to use a hand towel. I'm not sure if they were just overwhelmed, unprepared, or had a staff shortage that day, but it was a terrible experience.

I was unable to go to Fort Wayne on friday 1/16 to accept my reservation but showed up at the hotel on saturday to accept my reservation for the 17th but the hotel said that "Hotels.com" had cancelled my PAID reservation for the 17th due to a "no show" on friday the 16th - I paid $555 for the weekend but Hotels.com cancelled the whole weekend due to my "no show" on Friday the 16th - after calling Hotels.com for a refund (at least for the Saturday room) they said NO REFUND due to me not using the Protection - I WILL NOT BE DEALING WITH HOTELS.COM EVER AGAIN & WILL TELL EVERYONE IN OUR VOLLLEYBALL & DANCE COMPANY ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!
