The hotel’s outward appearance is top tier and the room itself was very nice. However, it was extremely dusty, with visible dust and dander throughout. Check-in was average. The biggest disappointment was the parking: $19 per day to park a block away, requiring guests to walk through an alley at night—an unsafe and unacceptable arrangement. Overall, some positives, but significant issues that need attention.
