Room difference

Didn’t get what I thought was a double sized room. Titles on hotels website is misleading. The king size bed is in a standard sized room not anything different from any other room in the hotel.

Ok stay

The room was very nice and comfortable. The location was nice and quiet and the hotel appeared large and fairly new. The restaurant only had one person working, and after waiting 25 minutes for service we left and got fast food. The pool needed cleaned desperately.

The complementary breakfast was poor for a Hilton Hotel. I expected more. The you build the egg sandwich was a very below standard and was out of all the ingredients to make it. We ended up leaving to find breakfast food. Very disappointing

HVAC system needs adjusted.

The hotel is fairly new and very clean. the beds were comfortable, etc. The only issue we had was the temperature. Our room was freezing as the air conditioning was on. Problem was that the temperature was falling outside and we would need the heat on by morning.. could not change the thermostat to heat. It was set to control this automatically based on the temperature setting... I wanted heat at 68... it would only turn onto heat if I set the temperature to 74 or higher. so the A/C had to be on for the temp to be lower than 72... the desk manager came up and could only get the heat on by raising the temperature above 74 -- we did not want to sleep at a temp of 74... a dilemma... should not operate this way...I had to wear a coat to bed because it was so cold.. but I didn't want the temp at 74 as it would be too warm... needs adjusted
