This Property was advertised to be Private and Peaceful Home in Valdosta Near Everything. We found the property to be very private and near everything. However there were issues with cleanliness, communications, and peacefulness.Let's start with cleanliness, there was a pair of men underwear left in the 1st BR and in 2nd BR two pillars smell of human unwashed hair and did not seem as if they were changed from the smell of it. Otherwise the rest of the home seemed to be cleaned and in order.Next I will address peacefulness. The 1st night there were two cars driving by the property very slow between 10 pm and 5 pm and as they drove by the light was shining in the windows of the bedrooms. I could hear the noises of the street and unidentified noises through out the night which cause me to not be able to get a good night rest. The curtains in the bedrooms are thin so any light that is present will shine into the room. The cover on the beds are basically very thin sheets. Blankets are not offered by the property! However, Beds were comfortable.Communication was good the first day. Next day we had emergency, the CARBON MONIXIDE ALARM went off at night. Tried to contact host several times through different methods, NO RESPONSE from host was attempted until the NEXT DAY. Fire department was called and we packed up our stuff and LEFT IMMEDIATELY since we felt UNSAFE staying at property. Host was very unresponsive!!NO REFUND HAS BEEN OFFERED! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!!!
