When i checked in, the guy at the desk asked our stay, said we were here for the concert, he upgraded the room to a suite , no extra charge. Free buffet breakfast, 2 bottles of wine, free use of lounge. Was very impressed.

The room was in good condition, the hotel offers an upgrade continental breakfast with great service on beverages . Also a free snack and beverage room was an added feature we weren’t expecting. My husband and I took advantage of the hot tub, pool and sauna after the hikes and cliffs that Halifax offers . Great front desk staff extremely helpful . All and all highly recommend this hotel Rome and Shelley

Noisy hall ways at night that could be heard in rooms. Doors slam very loudly. Gio food was not up to great and very expensive. Sink in bathroom too small, tub has mold in corners. Staff was exceptional, wonderful, cheerful, and helpful.
