The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We got in very early and were very tired and the staff helped us check in early to a different room so we could sleep. All the staff was very friendly and chatted with us for the couple nights we stayed. I highly recommend for people to stay here. You will not be disappointed.

The room we were given, the previous hotel guest had smoked in it. There should be a fine for that because changing the sheets doesn't get rid of the smell. The staff gave us another room which was perfect.

Overall, a 3-star stay. Beds were comfy, everything was clean. A bit outdated, WiFi was horrible, in-room AC was not strong at all. Some musty smells. It did the job.

We checked in late to this hotel so there wasn't any available parking spots in the hotel lot or street parking. We had to park at the Superstore parking lot which was across the street. I felt the hotel was old and dated. The room had a golf theme in the decor and paintings on the wall. The room and its bathroom looked and felt dirty. There was a smell when I walked into the room but it went away. The bathtub had 2 patches on it and the side of it was rusty. There was mildew on the floor grout. The shower wall looked like it was redone and looked clean. The picture of the lake view wasn't the same view from the hotel. It was a block away. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again nor would I recommend it.

The floor could have used a sweep, fair bit of dirt on thw floor upon arrival, there was mould in the shower, but otherwise a good stay comfortable clean beds
