Hotel is conveniently located once you’re there but to say the hotel has parking is a lie. You have to park at a public parking garage up the hill from the hotel which is a complete nuisance and lots of sketchy people lurking around. Getting parked in front of the hotel is a nightmare. We did countless laps on a one way street before we could get parked. To say it is dated is an understatement. It’s like going back in time to the early 90s (being generous). Feels like you’re staying at a rustic cottage not a several hundred dollar a night downtown hotel. Cleanliness was a 2.5/5 at best. Glad we brought our own blankets and pillows. The toilet ran non-stop, the shower curtain was fit for the garbage, etc. the pool is teeny, shallow and freezing. Upon checkout they didn’t give me a receipt and after checking my credit card statement realized what my booking said was $475.08 was charged $625.08. There is no email address and you can only leave a message with billing. DEFINITELY DO NOT recommend.

A Rip Off

To begin with, I paid over $700 for 2 nights and I didn’t get the room I had booked. We got a smaller room, probably one of the smallest rooms they have, and when asked for the Business Type room I had book, I was told that the descriptions aren’t right. They would do nothing for us! Also…no parking at the hotel! I had to park down the street and walk back to the hotel. Plus the parking was $62 for 2 days. Totally ridiculous!! I will never stay here again. A waste of $770.00!!

I find the quality of was way less than Cambridge suites where my mom stayed on the same days. They cleaned the room less often and they didn’t provide the basics that she was provided like shower cap cream etc so we were disappointed.
