Upper East Side hotels & accommodation with spa

Room was 88 and no ac. Asked front desk they said open a window. Only open 5”. Light came in and other apartments can see us sleeping half dressed sweating on the bed. The whole hotel and area smelled like weed. I thought Marriot was better then this! Awful 2 nights.

Family friendly room with kitchen, close to Central Park and the subway with multiple lines Found it to be very clean and they gave excellent coffee to take on the go from the reception

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff is amazing at every level of customer contact. They weren’t just passively helpful, they were actively trying to make our day and our stay better or easier. Phenomenal location of course and the amenities/room are top notch.
