Lovely Motel owner helpful and kind, lovely beds clean and new. Unfortunately the pool has black spot unable to swim. The room is in need of an upgrade. The garden needs weeding if a bit of effort was put in this would be a beautiful place.

The staff were very obliging & friendly. The room was spacious & clean. The bed was super comfy. An easy walk & ideally situated between Twin Towns Club & Club Tweed. For the item you forgot or coffee & cake Tweed Mall is just across the road. We enjoyed our stay & will return.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean but it is in need of some renovation due to the age of the building. Check in took a while for the Manager to find my booking, but he was very pleasant and friendly. Overall a very good and reasonably priced Motel and close to the centre of town.

I booked this motel for two adults and was very disappointed with our stay. The room was not adequately prepared, with insufficient bedding provided. There was no doona or top sheet—only a very thin, small blanket, which was not enough for two adults or for a comfortable night’s sleep. The smoke alarm had been removed, leaving the back plate attached to the wall. Cleanliness was also below expectations, with hairs in the bathroom and a dead fly left behind. The curtains had mould all along the bottom of them. Overall, the room did not meet basic standards for comfort, cleanliness, or safety. I would not choose to stay here again.
