I recognize that breakfast was really busy, but there were no bowls or plates available for a long time when my family went downstairs for breakfast. The employees finally brought some out and we were able to eat, though the options were slim. The funny part of all this was how quickly the employees closed breakfast down at 9:00 am, even though many people hadn’t been able to access breakfast due to no plates or bowls. Perhaps keeping some paper plates and bowls for backup could help avoid this debacle in the future.

This motel worked out great for visiting our daughter at college. Located in a great spot, airport shuttles were quick and easy to get to everything in Tucson for the events we were involved in. Also nice size on the rooms.

We had made a reservation months before. Upon check in, their credit card system was inoperable. Due to this issue on their part, we were told we could not check in, even though our stay was already paid for. They said our credit card was needed for incidentals. Which we did have on hand but their credit card system wasn’t functioning. We offered to pay with cash in case there were incidentals, but they refused to work with us, even though this was not our fault. This was total incompetence from a Hotel as big as a Hilton. For this reason I will no longer be booking with Hilton Hotels.
