Great location. Blocks from Banner and the U of A. Also a short drive from delicious restaurants, grocery and access to the 10. Really appreciated that the house had stuff there for us. Papertowels, check. TP refills, check. Coffee pods, check. We didn’t really cook while there but the kitchen looked decently supplied. Nice back yard too. Beds are firm! If that’s your jam, this place is for you. If not, you may want to look for another spot.

We were very comfortable staying at this property. The house has character and plenty of room. The beds were confortable. I would have liked 2 twin beds in the back bedroom instead of the queen though. That would have been better for our dynamic. Otherwise, we had a very comfortable stay.

This stay was excellent as we were 10-15” away from many of our destinations. We walked to the Festival of Books and that worked out wonderfully for us.Wonderful backyard patio area and also chairs at the front were great to sit in and see the mountains. We even saw a thunderstorm while we were there!Any communication was responded to very quickly.

The location of this charming home is ideal for both visiting the UofA and for exploring the city of Tucson. It is very close to major north-south and east-west roads as well as I-10.The home's layout is also fantastic, especially if staying with friends. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the hallway with the remodeled bathroom in the middle. This provides for privacy and space. And bonus, the beds were extremely comfortable.We would stay here again.

To sit outside watch the sunset over Mt. Lemmon peaks, in the back yard with the soft lighting, well insulated room, overall decor, and location will definitely look to coming back when in Tucson. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!!!
