Great stay at Larry’s VRBO. The property is truly an oasis- our teen boys enjoyed all the games, pool, etc. Very quiet location. Larry provided all we needed and more.

Amazing!!!

Larry is an excellent host and has literally thought of EVERYTHING for his guest house and property! He even made us a homemade cheesecake, so yummy! The guest house was clean and perfect for our little getaway! We had such an amazing time swimming and utilizing all of the amenities! Can’t wait to come back! :)

Grad weekend fun palace.

With a pool, hot tub, putting green, badminton, ping pong, popashot all in your private back yard. The kitchen was perfect and they even had snacks ready for us. Very responsive host - we were lucky to find and book it!! Thanks Alan

Fun little place!

Chose this small guest house because of all the fun things to do with our grandkids. Host was very welcoming. He baked us delicious cookies one day and had the kitchen stocked with snacks and drinks. He really provided almost everything you needed, such as shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, laundry detergent, pool toys, condiments, etc. We had a fun time, but kids were sad to leave!

Tucson Getaway

Our stay was just wonderful. Larry has thought of everything and was an incredibly helpful! The property is in his backyard but he was very mindful of allowing us to have our privacy and was super respectful.Anytime we wanted the hot tub on or had any questions at all he was ready with a response. We were able to enjoy several day trips to Saguaro National Park as well as Sabino Canyon Rec Center. Thanks for the great stay!

Larry Spencer Tucson Oasis

Larry’s Tucson Oasis is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Great place to decompress and relax or venture out and take in all Tucson has to offer. Larry is very accommodating to the visitors needs. Very clean property. Hope to stay here again.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Larry’s guest house. The property was perfect for our family of five (2 adults and kids ages 6, 9, & 20). There were so many activities to enjoy - the pool and hot tub were fantastic, and the game room kept everyone entertained. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with many essentials. Larry was a great host, very responsive and provided us with great resources for local sites and attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this property for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Clean with great gaming!

The house was very clean with lots of information, and Larry was very helpful for any questions. The highlights are all the sports and games, though: heated pool (with basketball goal), sauna, jacuzzi, badminton, putting green, ping pong, basketball game, plenty of TVs. Just a great space to play for kids and adults! Also just a 15 minute drive to Saguaro National Park, and 20 minutes to downtown Tucson. Quiet, residential neighborhood. Would go back!

Amazing place and perfect for the whole family

Larry is a great host! Would open the pool early enough for the kids to swim and willing to preheat the Jacuzzi if asked. My three boys had a blast playing with all of the amenities and daydreamed about the place when we were away. Thanks for having this guesthouse available! We enjoyed our time spent here!

Great place to stay with kids or anybody! Wonderful host— baked cookies for us and was always available. Sent us links for day trip ideas. Great outdoor opportunities—pool, game room, putting green in backyard were perfect. Right near great hiking areas. Easy distance to other tourist attractions. Everything you need for a fun getaway!

You can't possible run out of things to do with all of the options for relaxation and entertainment / activity. I took my 9-year-son here for some 1:1 time, and we had a blast. The guest house is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pool, hot tub and game area were perfect. Larry was an excellent host and ensured we had what we needed for our stay. We'd definitely book here again if we come back to Tucson!

Wonderful Tucson Rental

The guesthouse was perfect spot for my family (2 adults, 2 kids - 2 and 4 years old). It had everything we needed and even a couple of extras that were very nice (e.g. snacks, coffee bar well equipped). Bathroom were clean and bedrooms/ beds were comfortable. Plenty of extra towels and linens as well. Larry really thought of everything. Had separate pool towels for the pool a d a cheat full of pool toys and even toddler floaties. We had such q great time playing with all the games set up around the yard (mini golf, bags, and indoor game room). Our stay was so pleasant and Larry was a wonderful host. Will be back the next we visit family in Tucson.
