SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER: To preserve the condition of our property, a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($18.75) OR a refundable Safety Deposit ($250) will be required after booking. The purchase and ID verification will be done via our Fig & Toast Boarding Pass and Enso Connect, an authorized booking partner.
PLEASE NOTE: This unit is an attached, private, sealed guest apartment within a home. The unit shares an interior wall, similar to adjoining rooms in a hotel. The door in between is deadbolt-locked from each side. There may be other guests at the property, and the backyard is shared. The driveway is for the guests in the main house. Guests in this apartment unit park on the street adjacent to the apartment and enter the property through the side gate.

What amazing place to stay
This residence was located in a new quiet neighbourhood with everything I needed for my extended long weekend in Tucson area. The place was clean, the bed comfortable, and the kitchenette well equipped. The owners kept in touch to answer questions.
