After a previous bad stay at a different Holiday Inn I was skeptical but the price was right. I was surprised and pleased with this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was mostly clean. The floors really needed a good mopping. The bathroom was clean but the shower curtain needs a new shower curtain in room 200. The beds were super comfy and the bedding was very clean. I’ll definitely stay here again if we’re traveling through.

The cleanliness of room was excellent. The staff was excellent. I booked an accessible room. There was no Accessible bathtub. The only thing accessible were the grab bars in bathroom. The TV remote control was horrendous. No volume control and could not change the channel.

Staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel though has s dirty, smelly and the sign says all rooms upgraded? Not true. Window screens were have there we could hear cars all night. Shower had peeling paint and no drain top. That was gross.

The floors were not clean. There were debris and twigs from outside on the floors in several spots. I did not go barefoot during my stay. The cutout for the light switches in the bathroom was cut too big and part of the opening was exposed in the bathroom. The closet looked to have been remodeled. There was no door on it which is fine, however the remodel job looked absolutely awful! The tile flooring in the bathroom was uneven so much so that the bathroom door had to be pushed open with some force to get it to open all the way because it was getting caught on the tile that was higher than the rest. Under the vanity area on the left side there was a disgusting silver dollar size dark brown substance on the floor that looked sticky. There were several black hairs in the sheets of one of the beds. Overall I would NOT recommend this place to stay.

Staff was very nice. If this was a rating for staff, it would be 5 stars. But the room was not 5 stars. Slow draining tub, window screen was worn and torn like a haunted house and the coffee at breakfast was so bad I could not drink it. Mattress was fine, room was clean, lobby and breakfast area were clean. But I would not stay here again.

Rosie at the desk when we checked in was awesome, as was the gentleman at checkout (forgot his name, began with a D, I think). The room was lovely; had a bit of trouble with the TV, almost no channels, but it was kind of late anyway. Breakfast was good, no orange juice was a bummer, but the waffles and coffee were very good.

We were unable to sleep due to yelling in the hallway and partying in the room above us all night. It sounded like elephants running back and forth upstairs. When the front desk was informed, the noise would stop for a few minutes, then start up again. We did not sleep all night. Then, we were unable to use the shower because the shower faucet fell off when I attempted to turn it on. The front desk offered to let us use a room that was empty but. “hasn't been cleaned yet, but the bathroom was fine.” 😳 To top it off, we canceled the second night and assured there would be no issues with the refund. We were charged for the second night all the same. Total nightmare. I don't know how or where they are getting their reviews, but our experience was horrible.
