I think they're under construction in a lot of things online it says that the grill on the green has full service for restaurant and everything but when we got there they did not. For dinner we could only have a sandwich or a salad and that was that. So that was a little disappointing. I really think that they have a great potential here but they need to make it all inclusive for guests. The property is beautiful the pool was lovely I don't golf but the golf course was I guess okay. So overall rooms were very nice bed was a little squishy for my taste I like more solid. You got to remember this used to be a timeshare resort that they converted into a hotel. Also breakfast was pretty decent cuz it's included. Green valley is very scenic and there is a lot of things to do around there you just have to look it up so to stay here and do things in Green valley it's a nice resort I'm sure there's a lot of places to eat that the locals would recommend.

Best stay ever anywhere

This is my best stay in any hotel/resort ever. Beautiful view, incredible pool, the most comfortable bed ever other than at home. The room felt like I was in a friends house. Even though it did not have a view but the enclosed court yard was beautiful. Staff super friendly, breakfast wonderful omelet. I would have to try really hard to find something negative for this place. Although there is no restaurant or bar here but just a 2 minute walk from across the resort is a cozy Golf Course Restaurant. I definitely will stay here again. My only regret: I was only here for 1 night here. I will be back that is a threat LOL

Everything was good, the room was great & comfortable. The a/c was really hard making hard to sleep at night. Also, the pool was full of people drinking and having alcohol in glass containers and blasting music, sad because we were looking forward to peace and quiet at the pool area.

Lady at the breakfast dining area is rude and disrespectful. She comes across as bothered and requires training on how to respond to customers. This place is great but one bad experience can influence if one will return.

Very nice facility and great staff. Nice amenities, coffee pot in room, and sundries. Pool and hot tub were good with pleasant outdoor/pool deck. Only ding was the overly soft bed in our room that was sunk in the middle. Would stay here again

I recently stayed at Canoa Ranch Resort and while the hotel has great potential, it’s definitely starting to show its age. The property itself is beautiful and well-situated, but some maintenance issues stood out — peeling paint and lifting caulking in various areas gave the impression that upkeep is being overlooked. Upon checking in, we found the dishwasher still full and the body wash container already half-empty, which raised concerns about the thoroughness of housekeeping. There were also small plastic pieces left behind in the bathroom — like the caps from individual eye drops — further suggesting that cleaning wasn't as detailed as it should be. Our TV didn’t work, which required us to change rooms — an inconvenience that could have been avoided with better quality control. The complimentary breakfast was underwhelming. While the price is fair, the food quality was quite low and everything was served on styrofoam, which felt a bit cheap. Additionally, the staff in the food area were noticeably unfriendly, which detracted from the overall experience. Canoa Ranch has a lot going for it in terms of location and charm, but it’s in need of some updates, more attention to cleanliness, and improved customer service to match the promise of the setting.
