Clean, quiet hotel near Bryce Canyon National Park

Our room was clean and fairly new. The location is near Bryce Canyon NP, which made it easy to get to the park. The breakfast was good, but not extensive - bagels and cereal mostly.

Do not recommend this location, TV didnt work, air conditioning did NOT work , no ice machines, could not find staff nobody was in the office. Left early in the morning there was no staff to inform of check out , then i called the location 10 Times and they Never Answered the phone !! Couldn't leave a message it would just disconnect! Terrible service

Yes, it's an older facility in a small town, but the members of the staff were very friendly. The room was good for this kind of motel. My only complaint was that when I was taking a shower, more water come from the faucet than the shower head. The breakfast was a modest continental breakfast featuring cold cereal, oatmeal, or toast. Overall, it met my expectations for this level of motel, and the staff made it a good stay.

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The room was really clean and inviting. Will definitely come again. Also very convenient to walk to the store or to grab a bite to eat.

Room was adequate for the stay. Continental breakfast-cereal, toast, fruit, juice etc. Air conditioning was not good at all. Didn’t really get cool until the middle of the night.

The room was nice. Bathroom was a little small, but definitely manageable. Appreciated the larger refrigerator and microwave option. Unfortunately, breakfast options were limited, continental breakfast

We enjoyed our stay here while visiting Bryce Canyon. We were not expecting much as it is one of the cheaper options to stay at. Rooms were basic and outdated but comfortable. Definitely don’t expect a luxurious hotel room. The only thing that really bothered us was the wifi would stop working every 10-15 minutes and then reset. This was a problem because my husband was working on homework while we stayed here. T-mobile also has zero service in Tropic so wifi is a must.

We cancelled our 2nd night of 2 upon arrival because of wildfires and a sign on the lobby door warning of possible power outages due to activities by firefighters. We booked through Expedia so had to cancel thru them. Since it was officially too late, Expedia said they attempted to contact the property for an exception to allow us to get a refund for our 2nd night. Expedia was unable to reach the reservation staff/management to grant this exception and therefore did not refund our 2nd night room cost. This is in spite of the reception staff at the property telling me that they canceled our room for the 2nd night on their system thus allowing them to rent it out to somebody else.
