it was a comfy & cute cabin. had the essentials and was in such close proximity to the national parks. also had a small town/area in walking distance for a quick bite or refuel before a long roadtrip

The room was fine. Upon arriving, no one was in the office. Instead, the door of the office had at least 7 taped envelopes with everyone's FULL NAME and room key and a paper with instructions. Totally not a fan of having my name taped up on a door for all to see. Quite impersonal. I get it's off-season, but wow. They had guests as evidenced by the many envelopes taped to the door so I would expect some face to face interaction. I also had work to do and could not connect to internet with info given. Walked back to the office and use the Ring doorbell to get assistance because phone number wouldn't work that was on the paper. I was then told to call the internet company myself which resulted in an hour of my time wasted using my spotty cell service with no internet in the end anyway. I was frustrated and just gave up- accepted I couldn't do my work. It was late by that time anyway. I believe the hotel should take ownership of their internet and resolve the issue, not the guest's responsibility. I didn't have this issue with the cabins down the road when I stayed there on several occasions. So, overall, yes, the cabins were clean and basic, but not happy with service.

It was good. Clean and fresh. But at some part of the night the ac would make a consistent noise. So woke us up a couple of times.

Found the cabin to comfortable and well equipped. Comfortable beds, a large refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, great coffee machine, and a big TV ! Only complain would be the noise from the from vehicles along the highway.

Lot of disclaimers for getting fined if not cleaned this or that. I took a shower and immediately the bathub was clogged. The rooms were right in front of cemetery(not sure who is fault for that). Wifi strength was very low at cabin 10. No mobile network as well added to lack of wifi. No support staff on site at night or in the morning while leaving. The room itself was okay, good vibes, full kitchen and backyard view was good

There was no staff to check in with, but an envelope was left taped to the office door with key, name and cabin number. The cabin was very clean and cozy. Check in was easy and also checkout. Its very close to Bryce national park. I would stay here again if I ever return to this area.

The apartment was absolutely spotless! The only little hiccup is that one of the rooms doesn’t have a closet for hanging clothes. But overall, it’s a lovely space!

The cabin was good and clean and very roomy. Checkin was touchiness. Surrounding was amazing, we even saw deers next to our cabin. Close driving distance to Bryce Canyon national park. However the cabin was cold and the AC/heater was loud.

Was fine, didn’t care much for the bedding (personally I need a comforter, especially in winter) and the bed was very soft if that’s to your liking. Other than that it was cleaned and we had what we needed.
