Disappointing

Our stay at Bryce Pioneer Village was not what we expected. Our room was not clean and if it hadn't been so late, we would have left. The sheets were old and pilled, comforters were dark blue and had gross stains, the sink in the bathroom had no stopper so we put a washcloth over the hole in case we dropped anything, and the air conditioner kept kicking off. The walls were thin and we were awakened by other guests banging on doors and talking for about 20 minutes around 4AM.

The staff was super friendly! We loved sitting outside at the restaurant for dinner! It offered great food at reasonable prices. Accommodations are basic, but clean, very comfortable & conveniently located to Bryce Canyon & other state parks. We enjoyed our stay here & would definitely return!

Fantastic place to stay! Great amenities and caring staff. Nice pool. Areas for kids to run around. Had a large chess set, marshmallows provided by the fire each evening, etc. Highly recommend.

We had such a nice stay here. Everyone was friendly. Walking to get food and live entertainment, Ute little gift shop, hot tub and pool, cutest little cabins with private yards if you didn’t want to join others at the bigger fire pit - what was there not to like. We would stay there again if in the area. I 100% recommend this place to others.

The beds were very uncomfortable as where the pillows. The shower would spurt scolding hot water when the sink and toilet were used simultaneously. The sofa bed had crumbs when it was pulled out and was also very uncomfortable.

We were disappointed that it was just a small room with no table, only a counter, and no comfortable chairs. There was a small table with metal chairs outdoors, but not enough room to bring inside. However, we appreciated that overall the grounds were quiet and they had a very clean laundry and exercise room for guests to use. Sofia at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful, which made our stay manageable.

Cute house and quite spacious for two bedrooms. Our only complaint was the number of important things that were missing: no window coverings on the front door and in the kitchen, no hot pads for cooking, no sponge or brush to clean dishes, no bowls larger than a cereal bowl, etc. We made do with the situation, but a few simple items would have made this stay much easier and more enjoyable.
