Tran Phu Beach beach resorts & accommodations

I reached early and I was thankful that the stuff provided me with an early check in and a room upgrade. The hotel room is very comfortable and luxurious. I also appreciate the welcome drinks to put guests at ease. However, several points to raise - as there are many floors, the lifts often take a while - service was rather slow: check-in took a while, I was asked to sit to wait for my room to be checked at check-out but I was just forgotten and I needed to remind the staff; requests for room service took very long - tv was difficult to use - Russian or Vietnamese language; tv channel options not English friendly - hotel provided a beach area with deck chairs but - very few chairs available; no towels early in the morning and was told need 1h wait - one of the wardrobe doors could not be closed (light switch inside will be on if the door is not closed) - room door does not swing shut unlike most modern hotels; it closes but will remain ajar at the end , leaving guests a false sense of security that it will close when it won’t - a lot of advertisements about World Cup screening but there was none - noisy at night from surrounding music

My stay was excellent overall. The room was thoughtfully designed, with a modern vanity, a two-sided mirror, and a sliding door separating the bathroom from the bedroom. I especially appreciated that the toilet had its own glass door, providing extra privacy. The shower was one of the highlights of the room. The water pressure was amazing, making for a very relaxing experience. The TV supported Hyatt Casting, which made it easy to stream my own content. I also enjoyed the complimentary minibar, which included soft drinks, along with free bottled water refills throughout my stay. The room offered a fantastic view of Nha Trang Beach, and both the swimming pool and fitness center were excellent and well maintained. The food was fresh and well prepared, although I think the breakfast buffet could benefit from a wider variety of selections. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. The comfortable accommodations, thoughtful amenities, and beautiful beachfront location made for a memorable experience.

Nous avons eu un séjour formidable. L’hôtel est très bien situé en face de la plage et il y a même un tunnel pour se rendre directement à la plage. Le déjeuner: beaucoup de choix aussi bien américaine que asiatique. L’hôtel répond rapidement à nos besoins.
