I had a wonderful stay and Bhanav was really helpful at check in. My only complaint is that there could be more fruit options at breakfast. But the food was plentiful and varied. The pool and gym were nice and quiet, even with the amount of children staying while I was there.

Very nice and pleasant staff, always willing to help and fulfill your requests. If I am coming back to Toronto, I will come back and stay here again. I gave 4 stars in only 1 category: area around the property as it is not so developed. The property itself is very well kept. To get to places you definitely need either your own car or a taxi/ uber service. Overall 5 star for the service and condition. Where you can grow and improve is the breakfast menu. I will give a 3 star for the breakfast. I would suggest that the hotel can improve the quality of breakfast they offer. Very basic breakfast is offered which is huge deal for someone who is looking for a short stay. But if you can add on warmer/ hot food tasty options like omelettes, more machines for waffles etc with the help of more staff in the kitchen, you can become a 5 star for that too.
