First night our toilet was did not work, room was very old and run down. Needed to be upgraded very badly. We switched rooms to a smelly, musty room better condition though, never had room service. Asked for towels got rude service from the staff. Was very diaappointed from this stay

I had a 2-night stay at the MC Airport Suites. I arrived early and found the reception staff very helpful and was quickly accommodated and allowed into my room early. The room was clean and comfortable with a fridge and a microwave. Beds were excellent and I had a very comfortable stay. The staff on reception, in the bar and at breakfast were all outgoing and very friendly. I am happy to recommend this excellent hotel to anybody needing a stay near the airport.

I was really disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty—there was leftover food on the table and on the floor. I booked the King Suite with a Jacuzzi, but the Jacuzzi didn’t even work. There were holes in the walls, and the wallpaper was peeling off. Overall, the room looked poorly maintained. The listing said breakfast was included, but there was very limited selection of bread and croissants. Definitely not worth the money I paid, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

There's a misunderstanding between complimentary breakfast which we were told upon check in versus continental breakfast. Although the continental breakfast had sufficient items on it. We were expecting a hot breakfast for a complimentary breakfast which should be elaborated when checking in. It would be beneficial to have accessible ramps at the rear of the building in the parking area especially when it's dark. Thank you for a good stay otherwise. We would return for another stay.

Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Very helpful on directions and where to wait for airport arrivals. The hotel is older but staff kept clean. Room with jetted tub was nice. Had a bit of a old smell but again was clean. Room wasn't expensive but was on par with older hotel.

One of my main complaints about the suite we stayed in was the condition of the jacuzzi. When we turned on the jets, dirty water and residue came out, which clearly indicated that the jacuzzi hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in a long time. It was disappointing and unhygienic, especially for a room advertised as a luxury suite.
