Yes comfortable room, staff who tried to help as much as possible. Enough parking with easy access to rooms. Alarm clock that the minute button stuck a bit and looked to be remade but it worked. Rooms and bathroom were clean. Didn't use amenities.

Check in was ok . Room is ok . Pool room is freezing as it is poorly insulated. Pool is also very cold and not warm or hot. Hot tub is warm. Beds are old and soso. Shower is hot but no pressure. Rooms were quiet. Breakfast was delicious.

Clean room, good breakfast options, and reliable shuttle service. The only issue was lack of privacy due to a connecting door between rooms; noise traveled easily. The fan in the bathroom is extremely loud, it would wake all in the room if one got up through the night to use the bathroom. Carpet needs to be changed, carpets are dirty you should not have carpets in your hotel, I was feeling the hebe gebee.
