I was informed that my room is located at the basement ground level, and to get a higher floor, I would have to pay an additional $15. Furthermore, there was no water in the room; I was handed water at the reception instead. This experience was unsatisfactory. I was charged $30 for parking, which Expedia conveniently failed to mention. Additionally, the TV lacks any streaming applications—no Netflix, Prime, Disney, or any other service. The Hilton Airport appears determined to extract every possible dollar from guests, making for a truly frustrating experience and disappointed overall. I cannot recommend this place.

We flew into Toronto from Ottawa and had a one night stay. We had to catch a flight early the next morning. First off we did not have a long wait at the airport for the shuttle. The driver was very helpful with the luggage and very friendly. Once at the hotel we were informed that we did not have to cart all of our 6 bags up to our room. They stored all bags we did not need...one oversized and one that needed to go in a freezer . So we just went up to our room with our carryons. That was a big plus. As we were wondering where the elevator was a staff member approached us and sent us in the right direction. The toom itself was perfect..very clean well equipped. We went down for dinner and we were pleasantly surprised by the unique menu options...everything was freshly prepared and delicious. The staff was very friendly and our waiter told us he was retiring the next day after 30 years of work! Definitely 5 star! Finally the shuttles run every 1/2 hour all night and although we had 6 bags there was no problem and lots of assistance to put them on the shuttle at 5am. It was the best night we have ever experienced at an airport hotel. We will definitely book the Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel next year. Thank you

Staff was amazing. We showed up late at night with 4 kids and loads of luggage and the staff leaped into action and helped us. We had a late dinner in the restaurant and the staff there was also wonderful and accommodating. Exactly what we needed after a long day’s travel.

We always stay at this Hilton by the airport when we are making connections on long flights. The hotel is excellent and they provide a free hotel shuttle bus to the airport every 30 minutes.

When you are paying for a stay at Hilton you have a standard in mind, especially for how much you pay. This is clearly an "old building dressed up as a Hilton". In our first night, we were placed in a room where the ventilation system would sound like an airplane when turned on. The vent would vibrate and make a loud sound that would wake us up every few minutes. If that wasn't enough, the hotel rooms are separated by a shared door that has no sound proofing. As a consequence, we were unlucky to have neighbors who were not shy about their intimate acts and screamed the grossest things I ever heard in my life all night long. We have a child, and I was terrified of my kid waking up to the nasty things being said plus their awful noises. We asked to change room at 3:00am and then again in the morning. The new room was better, but the experienced had ended for us in that first night. I will never come back to this hotel and have discouraged all my friends of going there.

Check in was slow, we had paid for an upgraded room but were on the ground floor so cars pulling in and out of the parking lot shone their lights into the room. The bathroom was upgraded but the ceiling paint and drywall was chipping. We booked because we had a late flight coming in that ended up being early morning. We slept and left.

Check in was a breeze. Did have to line up for the 5 am shuttle to the airport, but so did everyone else. We did receive a wake up call. All good.
