Bathtub was stained , worn out looking. No weekly parking available , didn’t say on site pending availability so had to arrange last minute parking off site. Also I have stayed at Hilton’s in Michigan, Fort Wayne and Windsor and never had to pay for parking over night. Won’t be my choice again

Food from bar substandard, wings just luke warm. Salad had some sort of onion in dressing after specific request of no onion or garlic. Room was noisy, and shower was not functional. There was either hot or cold, dial would not blend. My Expedia booking said breakfast included, but I was charged. I would have raised a fuss on all these but had a plane to catch

The room was very spacious. Nice sitting area. Big bedroom. Bathroom was large and modern. Great shower. Check in was fast. Check out same. The shuttle service was very convenient. The shuttle driver was very good at figuring out which terminal people needed to be at.

At check in staff barely acknowledged us, we had flown in from abroad and were saddened to not have a friendly Canadian greeting even. The room was very run down, not up to Hilton standards. The bed was comfortable though.

The room was in the basement of the hotel, i was noy asked by staff if that wasacceptable. It smelled strongly of musk, the bathroom counter was slanted and coming off the wall and bathtub had patches of porcelain coming off. The carpet in the room was scratchy as well. Check in took way too long as there was not enough staff. I would never stay here again.
