TV had no signal available. Room service did not recognize me as a guest so I could not order dinner. The bathroom had no bath towels, only face cloths and hand towels. Room was otherwise comfortable. Porter service was excellent. Great location. Good shuttle service to airport.

The convenience of the hotel being so close to terminal 1 plus the shuttle service was great. The room was clean and comfortable but nothing spectacular. My only complain is that there’s no free internet unless you’re a Hilton member… the fact that hotels are still charging for wi if access in 2026 is disappointing,

Hotel is excellent for anyone needing an overnight stay and the shuttle bus to and from the airport is brilliant. If I had any complaint, the check-in was very very slow, after midnight and flight crew arriving long after you take priority, didn’t seem fair when everyone is tired.
