Check in took a while to be completed. Not sure why front desk was insisting that we used a mastercard when all our CCs are visa even after verifying this. The room is neat and well-equipped but there was a broken shutter to the window to the bath.

There were no sanitary wipes in the gym, no water, no earbuds. There was no control lever in shower/ tub to change from tub to showerhead. No drain stopper in sink. Big divuts in bed. Noisy ac unit. Overall not a pleasant stay.

The tables in the buffet breakfast area needed to be wiped between use. The elevators smelled bad, but I do imagine that is hard to control. Those were the only things that could use improvement, and they were very minor. The staff was friendly, and overall the hotel was nice and clean. Our bed was very comfortable, and plenty of clean cloths and towels were provided.

For the cost it was okay but the room plugs did not work, the faucet leaked and the tub kept dripping. The vents also were not sound proof - we could hear everything in the room next door from the bathroom.
