The hotel is worse than a motel...and you are paying Sheraton rates. Can you believe the tub that I had in my room is older than me...and all blackened out. And they keep plastic disposable glasses ..not even a proper glass or coffee mug after charging so much for a night. And the elevator is the slowest I have ever been. The staff is upper friendly and nice though I would never go back to this place

Our stay was comfortable, rooms were clean and quiet! Staff were very efficient and assisted us in all of our requests including our airport shuttle! One elevator was out of service which slowed down the service within the hotel!

Room smelled musty and gross. The bed looked like it had been slept it. There were stains on the sheets. We tried calling guest services and housekeeping but the phone didn’t work. We would have left but after 20 hrs of travelling we just didn’t have any more energy to find another hotel that night.
