The staff was great but the hotel was subpar at best. There were holes in my towels, the ironing bored was broken it was bent & had holes, the bathroom door had water damage on the bottom from what looked like a previous flood, there was hardly any lighting & mirrors, the 1 bathroom light was over the toilet not the mirror…why i dont know, the full length mirror had no lights near it so you could barely see how you looked , the electrical outlets were hit or miss, not all of them worked & the blow dryer kept shutting off, i was afraid of starting a fire. I chose this hotel because it was local to the event i was attending & was told it was newly renovated. Im never going back to this hotel…im not a complainer, i hate being that person, but this was just unacceptable. Never going back, i dont care how expensive other hotels are, not worth the price.
