We arrived at 4am and the night staff was at the desk. She was efficient and was able to check my family in very promptly. No hassles, no extra unnecessary details - just checked in, told us breakfast times and handed us our key. The room was very clean and served our purpose of catching a few hours of sleep before hitting the road. The door to our room looked rough and we were concerned about it latching but it did latch. In fact, all of the doors looked like that. That was my only concern. Otherwise, perfect airport hotel that served its purpose.

I only stayed at the Quality Inn for one night after a late flight. The hotel and its interior are certainly a bit dated but not bad, I was actually pleasantly surprised how relatively well maintained and clean my room was. There is a shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes, I believe, but it's not 24/7, so I couldn't use it after my late flight. However, in my opinion it is totally possible to walk from and to the airport, which I did, if you don't have a lot of luggage.

The property is ok. The room was relatively clean. However the corridors are dirty and there is not elevator so you have to carry your luggage up to the second floor. It is a bare bones type of hotel.

My husband and I recently had a very long layover between our flights, and it was so nice to be able to go get some sleep in a comfortable bed at the Quality Inn Toronto Airport Hotel. The shuttle service that took us to and from the airport was great, and the staff were all super friendly. We would definitely go here again if we ever had such a long time before a connecting flight.

Nice place to rest

I had a stopover in Toronto. This hotel was near to the airport and had a free shuttle. The bed was comfortable and I was able to recharge.
